We (Triangle EGB) have done a co-host/joint event type thing with Net Impact before and I think it worked quite well w/ both memberships.
Would like to be more involved, but not able to at this time given other commitments

I know events with TNI have been sporadic over the last couple of years. I hope that you would realize your purpose in the Triangle, then share with the rest of us. This organization has is SO MUCH potential  (especially locally) so I hope that you will articulate your value to the rest of us soon so that we can know how to individually contribute and serve the cause better.  
 
 
 
 
 
Thanks for putting this survey together.  I'm curious to see what you find out and hope this group stays together.  I may be able to have someone from my company be a speaker at an event.
The mission of the organization needs to be more clearly articulated and emphasized.  I'm not sure that we really know what we're about.  The Net Impact In-Circle has not been useful to me.  Could it be more integrated with the local web site?  
 
 
 
There are other sustainability-related membership organizations in the Triangle, but most of them are focused on the company, not the individual.  I think TNI fills an important need as a professional development organization for those of us interested in sustainability.  I would particularly be interested in attending events that include some educational AND some networking component (ie, a speaker followed by a reception) -- especially if it was over lunch or breakfast during the work week -- and would be willing to pay to attend such an event.  Evening events are difficult for me because of family obligations.
